The Journal of Local Language and Culture (JLLC) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing the study of indigenous languages and cultures, both within Indonesia and globally. The journal attempts to foster a deeper understanding of the rich linguistic and cultural diversity that characterizes local communities. JLLC provides a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate quality research exploring the intricate relationships between language and culture. We welcome original research articles that contribute to the preservation of indigenous languages and cultures. Our goal is to highlight the contributions of local languages and cultures to global knowledge while promoting dialogue and collaboration among researchers and communities. Before submitting manuscripts, authors must register with the journal and carefully review the author guidelines. This ensures that submissions meet our standards and streamline the publication process. The article can be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
