Abstract

Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) or the Project for Strengthening Students' Pancasila Profile of Pancasila has received increasing attention due to its significance in the curriculum reform of Indonesia, particularly in elementary education. The objective of this study was to investigate students' perspectives regarding the implementation of P5. We approach this study by utilizing an instrumental case study as the data collection was conducted in an elementary school institution. Four students participated in semi-structured interviews, while sixteen were involved in completing the questionnaire. The research findings indicate that the students responded favorably to the implementation of P5 with the theme of local wisdom. Also, students positively perceived that the off-classroom activities provided by P5 boosted their learning interest. The findings led to the formulation of implications that were later discussed.
